  • You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.

  • You grant us permission to edit the materials for the purpose of completing your project.

  • You confirm the content does not violate any copyright or legal regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse any project that violates laws or ethical standards.

4. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times depend on:

  • Project size

  • Service type

  • Complexity

Estimated delivery times will be communicated after project review.
Delays may occur due to incomplete instructions or revisions.

5. Payments

  • Full payment may be required before final delivery.

  • Pricing is based on project scope and complexity.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers.

6. Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Revision requests must match the original project instructions.

  • Major changes outside original instructions may incur additional charges.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

  • Refunds are generally not provided once work has started.

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The client receives rights to the final edited deliverables.

  • Regraphic Design reserves the right to use edited images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Regraphic Design is not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Errors resulting from incorrect client instructions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Confidentiality

All client files are treated as confidential.
We will not share project files with third parties without consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • These terms are violated

  • Illegal or inappropriate content is submitted
